We know that crashes can be a real setback for all helicopter enthusiasts and this can often lead to less time flying and lack of confidence. When you crash your E-Flite helicopter, you can send it to us for repair and replacement of any parts required. Please don't be happy with a broken helicopter! We are here to help!
In A Nutshell
- Book a repair with us by ordering on our site.
- Send the helicopter back to us by whichever method you prefer. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery or via Courier. (We can arrange a collection from you for £10.)
- We inspect and carry out a repair and replace any spare parts needed. (Any spares required will be charged for at a discounted rate.)
- We give your helicopter a test flight and send it back to you via 24hr courier.
- YOU ARE BACK IN THE AIR!!!
