Delivery Information & Conditions

• FREE UK postage on all  orders over £10
• Flat £1.50 Shipping Charge For Orders Under £10
• All Items Are Posted Within 1 working day.
• All spares orders are posted via First Class Royal Mail.
• All helicopters are posted by 24 hour courier when ordered before 2pm. (Friday dispatches are delivered on Monday / Orders placed after 2pm are sent the following day)

Recorded Delivery - Please Use It!

We ask all customers to choose the recorded delivery option as this provides a more secure option for delivery. We cannot replace any items that go missing in the post if customers do not choose to send them recorded. This is to protect us from fraud and ensure that your parts arrive safely and on time.

Returns - Don't worry about returns! We are here to help!

Any faulty or damaged items must be returned to us to verify before a replacement part is posted. On some occasions, digital photos will be sufficient.  We apologise for this, but due to false claims in the past, this is neccessary. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery. Although we always send via First Class mail, some orders can get lost and take longer.

Returned (unwanted) items must be complete, unopened and in their original packing. For faulty goods we will (subject to availability) replace the item and refund your return postage costs.

Before returning items please contact us to discus the problem as we may be able to offer advice that makes a return unnecessary. For returned items that are found not to be faulty. For example a motor that you were unable to start but we can, We reserve the right to charge a £15 testing fee which is payable before the item is returned and in these cases the postage costs are not refundable.

European Customers

EU Deliveries are typically 4-7 working days and prices are based on order value as stated below:

£0 - £15 - £1.75

£15 - £30 - £2.25

£30 - £50 - £3.50

£50 - £70 - £6.00

£70 - £120 - £10.00

Orders Over £120 - £25

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customer's statutory rights not affected). However a full range of spares are available for all the models we sell and in most cases we can restore your damaged model to full working order by sending you replacement parts.
